Use of strong language in marketing materials or ad text designed to create expectations of exact results is grounds for disqualification from the program. For example, prohibited language would include, but is not limited to: "Get your clients on the first page of search results in one month!"
As our service is closely tied to the search results pages of major search engines, certain trade-marked and copyrighted names and logos are commonly used to express the nature of the service. We are not affiliated with, working for, partnered with, or representative of major search engine companies or brands; we do not sell placement on search engine results; language in marketing materials or ad text suggesting the contrary is grounds for disqualification.
For example, prohibited language would include, but is not limited to: "Skybound Digital works with BigSearchCo to improve your rank in their search results."
