Fikabröd Affiliate Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions are updated as of: 26 October 2024
Thank you for your interest in our affiliate program. Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join our program. These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our Fikabröd affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate’s responsibility to always ensure compliance.
DEFINITIONS
As used in the below Terms:
- “Agreement” refers to this Affiliate Service Agreement.
- “Fikabröd,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” refers to Fikabrod, LLC.
- “You” or “Your” refers to the Affiliate.
- “Program” refers Fikabröd’s affiliate program.
- “Service” refers the AWIN service.
AFFILIATE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is made by and between Fikabröd and you utilizing the Service to participate in our Program. By signing up for the Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, DO NOT APPLY TO THE PROGRAM.
The Agreement is summarized as follows:
- Affiliate may place our banners, links, or codes anywhere on your site as you see fit.
- Affiliate may share our banners, links, or codes on your social media channels.
- Affiliate may place our banners, links, or codes within non-spam emails or newsletters. Affiliate must receive prior approval for any emails or you must send Fikabröd a copy of the email.
- Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes or special offers that are distributed by Fikabröd.
- If you are creating product links, please be sure to take these from the product feed. Links taken from other sources may result in commissions being declined, as they are identified as coming from a different channel. You CANNOT take content directly from Fikabröd that is not present on the product feed or on the Offer section.
- Any webpage, email, newsletter, or social media post containing our banners, links, or codes must be written in English
- NOT ALLOWED: Misrepresenting the affiliate in a way that could confuse a consumer into believing you are Fikabröd. This includes online, in print, and elsewhere.
- NOT ALLOWED: Any placement of our banners, links, or codes on adult, hate, or other inappropriate sites. What is determined to be “inappropriate” is up to Fikabröd’s discretion.
- NOT ALLOWED: Any placement of creative in a “Desktop” advertising scheme. This includes any and all third-party advertising platforms that use a desktop application to display ads in any form.
- NOT ALLOWED: Any display of a merchant window that isn’t the result of a direct click by the end-user.
- NOT ALLOWED: Bidding on the term “Fikabröd” or any of our brand terms for PPC advertising or SEM.
- NOT ALLOWED: Altering Fikabröd’s creatives or hard-coding creatives on your website.
- NOT ALLOWED: Sending traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
- Failure to abide by these rules could mean the suspension of your participation in our Program with a complete forfeit of commissions.
- Fraud is a serious offense and will be treated as such. For purposes of this Agreement, “Fraud” is defined as any action that intentionally attempts to create sales, leads, or “click-throughs” using robots, frames, iframes, scripts, or manually "refreshing" of pages, for the sole purpose of creating commissions. ANY ATTEMPTED FRAUD OR FRAUD WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review your website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program. Please allow up to 72 hours (Monday–Friday) for your application to be approved. We reserve the right to reject any application; however, we encourage you to contact us if you feel we have made an incorrect decision. Please include all websites that you use in your profile, as that will help us make a better decision.
EMAIL CONTACT
We reserve the right to send email to you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the Service or related products and services.
COOKIES
Fikabröd operates a 30-day cookie policy.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you through the Service. You agree that you will only use linking code obtained from the Service without manipulation. Also, please ensure that all domains where you use our link are listed in your affiliate network profile.
You hereby agree that your website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that your website is our website or any part of our website including, without limitation, framing of our website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e. the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the Program.
DEEP LINKS
Fikabröd allows you to create your own deep links. However, we bare no responsibility for typos or other errors in deep links created outside of the Service. Please double-check all manually created deep links, as commission may not be awarded for orders from incorrect links.
CREATIVES
Affiliates may not alter any of the creatives made available through the Service. Affiliates are also requested not to hard-code banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through the Service may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hard-coded, please contact Fikabröd via email to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.
COUPON GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and your website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
- You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the Service.
- You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer emails, paid search, or any other campaign.
- On click through, you must link directly to our website. Framing of our website is strictly prohibited.
- Cookie Stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as “cookie stuffing.” These include, but are not limited to, using knowingly expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code.
Unless you have been given express written permission, if you are found to be engaging in any of the aforementioned practices, we reserve the right to reverse any/all sales generated. Only discount codes approved for the Service will be approved at the full commission. Transactions including non-affiliate approved discount codes will be declined. If your website participates in forums where active users of your website can submit coupon codes, it is your responsibility to ensure that the coupon codes submitted do not violate our Coupon Guidelines.
COUPON CODES & SPECIAL OFFERS
Publishers ARE NOT PERMITTED to display made up, invented, fake, incorrect, or otherwise false discount codes or special offers on their site(s) or display discount codes or special offers that were intended for use in other channels or for other online publishers. If you are found doing this, your participation in the Program will be terminated immediately and commissions voided. This also applies to your social media channels and any marketing activities (e.g., newsletters).
Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes or special offers that are distributed by Fikabröd. Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered as valid and will be canceled.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes or special offers that have not been issued via the Program.
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
Affiliates must abide by the following rules.
- NOT ALLOWED: Doing any form of advertising as the Fikabröd brand.
- NOT ALLOWED: Using the Fikabröd brand or any related brand terms in the ad title.
- NOT ALLOWED: Creating, publishing, distributing, or permitting any written material that refers to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent.
- NOT ALLOWED: Showing advertisements on competitors’ brands.
- NOT ALLOWED: Using pop-ups, pop-unders, or any other ad format that is deemed intrusive or using any other cookie-stuffing techniques that may force the cookie in the user’s browser.
EMAIL MARKETING
If you intend to promote our Program via email campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
- Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 with respect to our Program.
- Email must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the email is being sent on behalf of Fikabröd
- Emails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent or we must be sent a copy of the email. Please send to affiliates@fikabrodbox.com.
Affiliates are not permitted to bid on the Fikabröd brand name, use any misspelt or variation of the brand, or any of the brand terms.
PAY PER CLICK & SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in Pay Per Click (“PPC”) advertising or Search Engine Marketing “SEM”), you must adhere to our PPC & SEM Guidelines as follows:
- You are not permitted to bid on or appear on brand searches for the term “Fikabröd” or any of our brand terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, or any other network.
- You may not use our brand terms in sequence with any other keyword (e.g., Fikabröd Coupons).
- You may not use our brand terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name, or as the display URL.
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC activity or SEM on any search engine, sending traffic to fikabrodbox.com directly. If an affiliate is found running PPC activity or SEM, this may result in them being removed from the Program. Any affiliate found running PPC activity or SEM will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided.
If you automate your PPC or SEM campaigns, the responsibility is on you to exclude our brand terms from your program, and we strongly suggest you add our brand terms as negative keywords. We have a strict no tolerance policy on PPC or SEM bidding. We will not enter a discussion about when the violation started and when it stopped; you will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days.

DOMAIN NAMES & WEBSITES
Use of any of our brand terms as part of the domain, subdomain, or sub folder for your website or display URL is strictly prohibited. Prohibited examples include:
- www.affiliate.com/fikabrod
- www.affiliate.com/fikabrodbox
- fikabrod.affiliate.com
- fikabrodbox.affiliate.com
- fikabrodbox-coupons.com
- fikabrod-coupons.com
The above is not an exhaustive list of all prohibited domain names.
You are forbidden from registering, buying, or using domains or subdomains that users may believe are part of Fikabröd. You are also forbidden from creating websites that may impersonate the Fikabröd website.
COMMISIONS & AFFILIATE PAYMENT
The affiliate commission will be pre-approved after the order has been placed and confirmed by Fikabröd. We can track all transactions generated from your site, and we operate a 365-day payment window.
Some orders are subject to a confirmation delay while Fikabröd awaits payment from a customer (e.g., Gift Subscription). Commissions will not be awarded on orders that had to be refunded to the customer; all refunds are all Fikabröd’s discretion.
Please note that commission will only be awarded for promotional offers on the Service. Manually entered promotional codes or offers promoted elsewhere will not be awarded commission.
PRIVACY POLICY
Fikabröd respects the privacy of its subscribers and will not disclose personal information to third parties.
CHANGES TO THE PROGRAM
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via email or newsletter at least 7 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Program.
GENERAL
Please ensure you read our entire Terms & Conditions before you apply for our Program.
Affiliates violating the above Terms & Conditions may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the Program. In extreme circumstances we reserve the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these Terms & Conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.
Please ensure that you are conducting activity that is in line with the Terms & Conditions of the Program.
