These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Ergeon Affiliate Program (the "Program") through Awin. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must have a valid Awin account. You must also be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission of $1 for each unique valid lead generated through their unique affiliate link. A valid lead is defined as a potential customer who completes the necessary actions specified by Ergeon and is verified by our team. In order to be eligible to earn commission, the unique valid lead must be a request for service in an area currently supported by Ergeon's market coverage. Market coverage can be found at www.ergeon.com.
3. Tracking and Reporting
All tracking of leads will be handled by Awin. Affiliates will have access to a dashboard to view clicks, leads, and commissions. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to monitor their performance.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid out according to Awin's payment schedule. Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold set by Awin to receive payment.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Engaging in any deceptive or misleading practices.
- Spamming or sending unsolicited communications.
- Promoting Ergeon products in a manner that may harm the brand's reputation.
6. Termination
Ergeon reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid, provided the leads are verified.
7. Changes to Terms
Ergeon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ergeon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.
