KICKBACK Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the KICKBACK Affiliate Program! As a valued partner, we expect affiliates to adhere to the following guidelines and policies to ensure our brand’s integrity is maintained. By joining our program, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Brand Representation:
Affiliates must represent the KICKBACK brand in a way that aligns with our values and aesthetics. Promotions should reflect our fun, nostalgic, and community-focused image. Affiliates are prohibited from using language or imagery that could harm our reputation, including but not limited to offensive or discriminatory content.
2. Promotional Channels:
You may promote KICKBACK on blogs, social media, email newsletters, and websites. All promotional content must be original and reflect KICKBACK’s brand message. Affiliates are not allowed to promote our products through pop-ups, spam, incentivized clicks, or any form of misleading advertising.
3. Coupon and Discount Usage:
Affiliates may only share discounts or special offers that are officially provided by KICKBACK. Any use of unauthorized discount codes is strictly prohibited.
4. Content and Site Restrictions:
We do not permit promotion of our products on websites or content that promote adult material, illegal activities, or any site that does not align with our community’s values. Any inappropriate content may result in immediate termination from the affiliate program.
5. Use of Intellectual Property:
Affiliates must only use the logos, images, and promotional assets provided by KICKBACK. Unauthorized use of our brand’s intellectual property, including altering logos or creating custom graphics without permission, is prohibited.
6. PPC and Search Engine Marketing:
Affiliates may not bid on branded terms such as “KICKBACK” or any variation thereof in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns. Additionally, direct linking from paid ads to our website is not allowed. If you plan to use PPC advertising for non-branded keywords, please contact us for approval beforehand.
7. FTC Compliance:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Federal Trade Commission (FTC) disclosure requirements. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with KICKBACK in all promotional materials as per FTC guidelines.
8. Termination and Violations:
KICKBACK reserves the right to terminate any affiliate who violates these terms or engages in activities that are deemed harmful to our brand or community.
By participating in the KICKBACK Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this agreement.
