Affiliate Terms of Agreement, Heysaber reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Heysaber has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.
1] Heysaber.com do allow their affiliates to link directly to their website through the search engines. PPC bidding is allowed to any affiliates, can bid on TM+keywords, but they can't use TM or domain name for bidding.
2] Heysaber coupons, we allow all the affiliates to promote our coupon codes on their website. Don't use the fake coupon code on your website. If we find any affiliates promoting the fake coupon code then we will send one email notification message after one day we will remove you from our affiliate program.
3] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.
4] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to Heysaber.com as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or name of Heysaber.com or any variations our name are prohibited.
5] You may not place banners or links containing your affiliate id on websites, forums or blogs not directly owned or controlled by you. If you have questions about linking, send us an email and ask.
6] Your affiliate tracking cookie may ONLY be set on a user's computer when they click on a link from your website or your opt-in email newsletter that takes them directly to our website. Emailing spamming will NOT be tolerated. Again, if you have questions about this send us an email and ask.
7] Heysaber.com allows all the affiliates to promote us through the social media channel. We recognize all the social media platforms for promotion.
8] FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS You shall include a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links for our affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement.
