### Terms and Conditions for Awin Advertiser Account - Mafett**Effective Date:** 14.10.2024These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Mafett Homeware (“Advertiser”) and affiliates (“Advertisers”) participating in the Awin network. By joining the Awin program and promoting Mafett Homeware, you agree to these Terms.#### 1\. **Program Participation**1.1. By applying to the Awin network and participating in the Mafett program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Awin policies.1.2. The Advertiser reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.#### 2\. **Commission Structure**2.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through their unique referral links, as specified in the Awin interface.2.2. Commissions are paid on valid sales, excluding returns, cancellations, or any fraudulent activity.#### 3\. **Promotion Guidelines**3.1. Affiliates must accurately represent the Mafett brand and products in their promotions.3.2. Advertisers must not engage in deceptive or misleading practices that could harm the reputation of Mafett .3.3. Use of promotional materials, images, or branding assets must be pre-approved by the Advertiser.#### 4\. **Intellectual Property**4.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Mafett trademarks and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the products.4.2. Any use of Mafett Homeware's intellectual property outside the scope of these Terms is strictly prohibited.#### 5\. **Payment Terms**5.1. Commission payments will be processed according to Awin’s payment schedule.5.2. Affiliates must ensure that their payment information is current and accurate in the Awin system to receive commissions.#### 6\. **Termination**6.1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.6.2. The Advertiser reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation in the program for violating these Terms or engaging in unethical behavior.#### 7\. **Limitation of Liability**7.1. The Advertiser is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.7.2. The Advertiser’s total liability to any affiliate shall not exceed the total commissions earned by the affiliate in the preceding month.#### 8\. **Amendments**8.1. The Advertiser reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.8.2. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.#### 9\. **Governing Law**9.1.
