Concrete Poppy Design Affiliate Program Terms

Welcome to the Concrete Poppy Design Affiliate Program! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions to ensure compliance. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms. We look forward to partnering with you!

General Terms

1. PPC Campaigns: Affiliates are not allowed to run any PPC campaigns that bid on Concrete Poppy Design trademarks, brand keywords, or misspellings. This includes Google, Bing, Yahoo, or any search engines.
2. Domain Restrictions: Affiliates must not register or use domains or subdomains that may confuse users into believing they are part of Concrete Poppy Design (e.g., concretepoppycandles.com or concretepoppy.discounts.com).
3. Impersonation: Affiliates may not create websites or landing pages that imitate the Concrete Poppy Design website or give the impression they are acting on behalf of the brand.
4. Social Media: Affiliates must clearly identify themselves when promoting Concrete Poppy Design on social media. Using the merchant’s identity in any deceptive manner is prohibited.

Coupon & Voucher Code Policy

• Affiliates may only advertise coupon codes that are provided directly by Concrete Poppy Design or through Awin.
• Unauthorized Codes: Affiliates promoting coupon codes not issued via the affiliate program will have their sales voided.

Advertising Guidelines

1. Email Marketing: Affiliates must seek approval before sending any email marketing campaigns related to Concrete Poppy Design. All creative content must be approved by the Concrete Poppy Design team.
2. Pop-Ups/Pop-Unders: Affiliates may not use intrusive formats like pop-ups or pop-unders to drive traffic to Concrete Poppy Design.
3. Cookie Stuffing: Any use of cookie stuffing techniques (e.g., presenting misleading offers or setting cookies without user consent) is prohibited.

Deep Links & Personalized Links

Affiliates are encouraged to create their own deep links using the Awin platform to offer customers direct access to specific products or offers from Concrete Poppy Design.

SEO & Keyword Bidding Policy

1. Brand Term Bidding: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on Concrete Poppy Design’s brand name, misspellings, or variations, either alone or in combination with other keywords.
2. Domain Name Usage: Affiliates must not use the Concrete Poppy Design trademark or variations within their domain names, display URLs, or subdomains.
3. Content Restrictions: The use of “Concrete Poppy Design” or related misspellings in meta descriptions, page titles, or H1, H2, H3, or ALT text is not allowed.

Prohibited Actions

1. Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate clicks, leads, or sales using automated tools or deceptive techniques (e.g., robots, scripts) will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
2. Discount Code Misuse: Affiliates are not allowed to advertise or use non-official discount codes that were not provided by Concrete Poppy Design or Awin.

Commission and Cookie Policy

• Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a base commission of a base rate of 5% on all valid sales and opportunities up to 10%.
• Cookie Length: 30 days.
• Commission Adjustments: Any transactions made using unauthorized discount codes will be subject to lower commission rates or voided.

Termination Policy

Concrete Poppy Design reserves the right to remove any affiliate found in violation of these terms from the program, with forfeiture of any earned commissions.
