- Only publishers providing valid print on their advertising space are accepted for collaboration.

- Additionally, websites that are still under construction or produce errors in any form, as well as sites without content verification, are excluded from the affiliate program.

- Program partners must possess full legal capacity at all times.

Advertising Material / Links

- Without exception, advertising media provided within the affiliate program may only be used on advertising spaces registered during the program signup.

- The publisher is responsible for the current status of the advertising material and agrees to remove the advertising material from their website immediately if notified by the advertiser or if they have reason to believe that the material can no longer be used.

- Changes or extensions to the provided advertising material are not allowed without prior consent from the advertisers.

- The publisher receives permission through the network to use the provided advertising material for the duration of the collaboration with the advertising program. Upon termination of the collaboration, the advertising material may no longer be used by the publisher.

- Linking to the advertiser's site is only permitted if the registered publisher's site is visible to the end user (direct or continuous redirection is prohibited).

- Individual advertising media can be created in agreement with the advertiser.

- The use of pop-ups and layers that appear during page loading is prohibited.
