KSP Motor Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions - August 8th, 2025
Welcome to the KSP Motor Affiliate Program!
These terms and conditions govern your participation as an affiliate (the “Affiliate”, “you”, or “your”) in the KSP Motor Affiliate Program (“Program”), operated by KSP Motor (“we”, “us”, or “Company”). By signing up and participating in the Program, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have a valid website, social media platform, or email list. We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
You will earn a commission for qualified purchases made through your referral link. Commission rates and payment terms are detailed in your affiliate dashboard and may change with prior notice.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions:
a. Unauthorized Use of Trademarks (TM+)
Bidding on our brand name “KSP Motor” or any variation (e.g., “KSPMotor”, “KSP Motor USA”) in paid search engine marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) without written approval is not allowed.
This includes “broad match,” “phrase match,” or “exact match” use of our trademarks or brand name with additional terms (e.g., “KSP Motor coupons,” “KSP Motor lift kits”).
Misleading ad copy suggesting an official partnership or pretending to be KSP Motor is strictly forbidden.
b. Email Marketing Compliance
You must comply with all applicable email marketing laws, including CAN-SPAM (US), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU), where applicable.
All emails must include your correct business name, physical mailing address, and a clear opt-out/unsubscribe mechanism.
You may not send unsolicited or bulk commercial emails using our name, logo, or links without prior written consent.
4. Promotion Guidelines
You may promote via blogs, YouTube, social media, newsletters, or your personal site.
Promotions must be truthful, accurate, and reflect KSP Motor products and services positively.
Use of misleading discounts, false product claims, or unauthorized coupon codes will result in termination.
5. Content Ownership & Brand Representation
You may use banners, logos, and other creative assets provided in the affiliate portal.
You may not alter our brand assets or present yourself as an official KSP Motor representative.
6. Right to Remove Affiliates
We reserve the right to remove any affiliate from the Program at any time, with or without cause, at our sole discretion. Grounds for removal include (but are not limited to):
Violation of any terms in this agreement
Misrepresentation of our brand or products
Inactivity over an extended period
Any behavior we deem harmful to our brand, business, or customers
Affiliates removed for violations may forfeit unpaid commissions.
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which KSP Motor operates.
