Affiliates must comply with CAN-SPAM Act regulations when using email marketing to promote products.Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not engage in cookie stuffing techniques, including forcing cookies on customers without them clicking the affiliate’s link or using deceptive tactics to trigger cookies.Inappropriate Content: Affiliates must not promote our products on websites containing inappropriate content, including but not limited to sites that contain explicit or adult material, violence, or hate speech.4. Use of Media and Content: Affiliates are encouraged to use any official banners, images, and promotional materials provided by Yum Yum Candy Shop. You may not modify any official media without our prior written approval. If you wish to create your own content, it must accurately represent our products and brand.5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations: In the case of a customer return, refund, or cancellation, the affiliate’s commission for that transaction will be reversed. If a customer uses a credit card chargeback, the affiliate will not receive any commission on that sale.6.
