Renew 2 U Affiliate CampaignTerms and Conditions
Welcome to the Renew 2 U Affiliate Program! By participating in this campaign, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility
1.1. To participate in the Renew 2 U Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years old.
1.2. Affiliates must have a valid website, blog, or social media account that aligns with our brand values and does not promote illegal or unethical content.
1.3. Renew 2 U reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1. Affiliates are responsible for promoting Renew 2 U’s products through their designated affiliate link.
2.2. Affiliates must not make false claims, misrepresent the company, or engage in any misleading advertising.
2.3. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and data protection regulations.
3. Affiliate Commission
3.1. Affiliates will earn a commission based on valid sales generated through their unique affiliate link. The commission rate is outlined in the commission tab (subject to agreement).
3.2. A valid sale is defined as a successful purchase made by a customer who uses the affiliate link and completes the transaction without cancellation or refund within 60 days.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Affiliates may not use their affiliate link for personal purchases.
4.2. Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading practices, including cookie stuffing, click fraud, or unauthorised use of PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns to drive traffic to Renew 2 U’s website.
4.3. Affiliates may not use any Renew 2 U branding (logos, content, etc.) without prior written approval, unless provided directly through the affiliate program.
4.4 No PPC activity on the brand wording or logo is permitted any claims will. be denied.
5. Termination
5.1. Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.
5.2. Renew 2 U reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if it is found to be in violation of these terms, or if fraudulent or inappropriate activities are detected.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use any approved promotional materials provided by Renew 2 U solely for the purpose of promoting the campaign.
6.2. All intellectual property related to Renew 2 U, including trademarks, logos, and content, remains the exclusive property of Renew 2 U.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1. Renew 2 U reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Renew 2 U is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program, including loss of revenue, commissions, or anticipated profits.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
