Effective Date: April 22, 2026
1. Commission Structure
The standard commission rate is 20% of the net order value (excluding shipping fees, taxes, gift cards, and refunded amounts). This rate applies to valid orders generated via Awin affiliate links that have been successfully tracked and were not combined with any additional or external discounts.
2. Non-Awin Discount Codes and Commission Adjustments
If a customer uses any discount code, voucher, or promotional offer that was not officially released or approved through the Awin platform, the following commission adjustment rules shall apply:
Orders utilizing private, exclusive, or unapproved non-Awin discount codes (e.g., influencer-specific codes, custom codes, etc.): The commission rate will be 10%.
3. Discount Stacking Rules
Discount codes obtained through Awin may not be stacked or combined with any other promotional activities, discount codes, or offers within the same order. For any order utilizing multiple or stacked discounts, the commission rate will be adjusted to 10%.
4. Affiliate Code of Conduct
Affiliates may only promote discount codes provided and approved by Christian Art Workshop through the Awin platform. Unauthorized sharing or promotion of discount codes originating outside the Awin platform may result in the clawback of commissions and the immediate termination of the partnership.
5. Order Validation
Commissions are paid only for valid orders that have been fully shipped and have not resulted in any returns or refunds. We reserve the right to audit transactions, adjust commissions, and decline invalid orders.
6. Changes to Terms
Christian Art Workshop reserves the right to update or revise these terms, commission rates, and promotional policies at any time. In the event of such changes, we will provide active affiliates with a 7-day notice period via the Awin platform.
