To participate in the Divoom.com Affiliate Referral Program, the Affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted for approval. Once approved, affiliates are eligible to participate in the Divoom.com Affiliate Program, subject to ongoing and periodic review by Divoom.com. Participation may be revoked at any time without notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that an affiliate’s site is unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that: promote illegal activities, sexually explicit materials, violence, discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age, violate intellectual property rights, or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the values and best interests of Divoom. This agreement applies exclusively to affiliate-owned and managed websites as indicated in the registration form. Under no circumstances may Divoom.com affiliate referral links be placed on sites not registered with Divoom.com. The following activities are strictly prohibited: using domains containing the brand name (Divoom) and/or the brand name in subdomains on affiliate-owned domains, and bidding on the brand’s name (including misspellings and variations) in paid search campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.)
