1. Enrollment
1.1 Application: To become an affiliate, submit an application through our affiliate platform. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
1.2 Eligibility: Affiliates must be 18 years or older. The Company may reject applications for any reason, including sites promoting illegal activities or inappropriate content.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Promotion: Affiliates must promote the Company’s products positively using approved marketing channels.
2.2 Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and FTC guidelines on advertising.
2.3 Material Use: Use only Company-provided or approved marketing materials. Unauthorized use of trademarks or logos is prohibited.
2.4 Prohibited Activities: No spamming, cookie stuffing, or trademark bidding.
3. Commission
3.1 Rate: Affiliates earn 12% on qualifying sales via their referral link.
3.2 Qualifying Sales: A sale qualifies if made through the referral link and completed within 90 days.
3.3 Payment: Commissions are paid [monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly] via [Payment Method] once the account balance exceeds [Threshold].
3.4 Refunds/Chargebacks: No commissions on refunded or charged-back sales.
3.5 Self-Referrals: No commissions on personal or family member purchases.
4. Termination

6. Intellectual Property
6.1 License: The Company grants a limited license to use trademarks and marketing materials for promotion only.
6.2 Restrictions: No modifying or creating derivative works from the Company’s materials.
7. Liability
7.1 No Warranty: The Company makes no warranties regarding the program or products.
7.2 Liability Cap: The Company’s liability is limited to the total commissions paid to the Affiliate.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Independent Contractors: Both parties are independent contractors.
8.2 Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States.
8.3 Amendments: The Company may amend this Agreement with notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
8.4 Entire Agreement: This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements.
Enrollment in the program confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
