Affiliate Programme Guidelines for SPREADSHIRT Germany
These terms and conditions apply to all publishers who use SPREADSHIRT advertising material via the Awin network as part of the affiliate partner programme (hereinafter referred to as "partners").
§1 Content and activities on partner websites
Keyword bidding policy:
We would like to expressly point out that the use of the brand name "SPREADSHIRT," its variations and derivatives, as well as its typos and misspellings as a keyword in SEM campaigns, is not permitted. In the event of a violation, all sales will be canceled immediately, and the partnership will be terminated immediately.
SPREADSHIRT regularly monitors keyword bidding on the terms below, and to ensure compliance with our Terms of Use, we would like to remind you of the following restrictions on keyword bidding:
- You are prohibited from bidding on SPREADSHIRT and all variations, including misspellings, alternate spellings, alternate spacing, or any phrases containing these terms.
- You may not use our brand name or domain name or any variation, similar terms, or misspelling of our brand name as a display domain in a search ad. You may not use our brand name or domain name or any variation, similar term, or misspelling of our brand name in PPC advertising copy without prior authorization.
- You may not register domain names that contain our brand name, misspellings of our brand name, or variations of our brand name.
Further programme guidelines:
- We do not accept any illegal, violent, or erotic content or the infringement of third parties on the websites of partners who advertise SPREADSHIRT on these pages.
- Publishers are prohibited from using post-view and/or the use of iFrames, layers, pop-ups, pop-under. Paid mailing "so-called click coercion" is also prohibited on here.
- To ensure that your texts are up to date, you undertake to regularly check the content of your texts via SPREADSHIRT. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to check that the affiliate links on our website are working properly.
- Vouchers that are not approved for the affiliate channel may not be advertised and will not be remunerated if they are advertised in error (e.g., refer-a-friend codes).
- Sales made with voucher codes that have not been approved by us for affiliates and are intended for other channels will be canceled.
§2 Commission
The commission is paid out if the customer reaches our website directly via a link from your site and it leads to a sale within the next 30 days, provided the cookie is not overwritten by another click cookie from one of our other partners. As a publisher, you will only receive your commission if the sale can be assigned to a network and publisher according to the "first cookie wins" logic! Furthermore, we do not reimburse orders that have been canceled or not paid for without an affiliate voucher.
§3 Contract amendments
We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. You will be informed of the change by email. If a new clause is not acceptable to you, you have the option of canceling the partnership. Your continued participation in the Partner Network after the amendments have come into effect shall be deemed as acceptance of the amendments. We will draw your attention to this legal consequence when we notify you of the change.
§4 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
