Doc & Glo Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Doc & Glo Affiliate Program. By joining, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which form the legal foundation of our program. Please read carefully before applying.
1. Program Overview
This agreement outlines the requirements, responsibilities, and conditions of participation in the Doc & Glo Affiliate Program ("Program"). All affiliates ("you") are bound by these terms, as well as ShareASale's Terms of Use.
2. Eligibility and Acceptance
To join the Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Operate a website or social media account with content aligned with Doc & Glo’s brand values and target audience.
Avoid any content related to illegal activities, discrimination, violence, or hate speech.
Doc & Glo reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its discretion.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotion: Promote Doc & Glo products in a genuine and ethical manner. Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about the brand or products.
Compliance: Follow all applicable laws, including FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing. Proper disclosure of affiliate relationships is mandatory in all promotional activities.
Use of Assets: Only use approved marketing materials provided by Doc & Glo. Affiliates are not permitted to alter brand logos or product images without explicit permission.
4. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Engage in paid search marketing or bid on branded terms (e.g., "Doc & Glo," "Doc & Glo Body Care").
Use spam or unsolicited messages to promote products.
Use cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any other deceptive practices to generate commissions.
Engage in any form of imitation or misrepresentation of the Doc & Glo brand (e.g., creating fake social media profiles or websites mimicking the official site).
Promote Doc & Glo products on websites or platforms with adult content, violent content, illegal activities, or hate speech.
5. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links.
A qualifying sale is defined as a purchase that is not canceled, refunded, or returned within the specified period outlined by Doc & Glo.
Commissions are paid through ShareASale based on their standard payment schedule.
6. Termination
Doc & Glo reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the Program for:
Violating the terms outlined in this agreement or ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
Engaging in prohibited activities as described in Section 4.
Failure to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
Upon termination, all rights to use Doc & Glo's brand assets and affiliate links are revoked immediately, and commissions may be forfeited if violations are discovered.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Doc & Glo trademarks and marketing assets solely for the purpose of promoting products under the Program. Unauthorized use or modification of Doc & Glo intellectual property is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Doc & Glo will not be liable for any damages arising from the operation of the affiliate's website or social media platforms, including but not limited to system interruptions, data loss, or any indirect or direct damages.
9. Modification of Terms
Doc & Glo reserves the right to modify or update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via ShareASale, and continued participation in the Program indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
By joining the Doc & Glo Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
