You shall not purchase or register search engine keywords, AdWords, search terms, meta descriptions such as keyword content or title, or other identifying terms that include the word "Pyramyd Air" or “Pyramid Air” any variations thereof for use in any search engine, portal, sponsored advertising service or other search or referral service. Such variations may include (but are not limited to): pyramyd air, pyramid air, pyramydair.com, pyramidair.com, www.pyramydair.com, www.pyramidair.com. If Pyramyd Air determines, in its sole discretion, that you have purchased, attempted to purchase, or used Pyramyd Air's name or likeness, Pyramyd Air may (without limiting any other remedies available to it) pursue any or all of the following actions: Withhold, or cancel any and all compensation otherwise payable to you beginning with the date on which you purchased or used the prohibited trademarked terms. Remove you from the Pyramyd Air affiliate Program permanently; and/or Contact the search engine in which your ad was found to ask that these ads be removed immediately and permanently.
You shall not use "Pyramyd Air" or any confusingly similar variation thereof in your domain name or URL (including subdomain or URL path).
Publishers are not allowed to use coupons or promotional codes.
No commissions will be paid on orders where a coupon is applied to.
Pyramyd Air reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement in its sole discretion upon seven (7) days written with effect from the 8th day to you. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole recourse is to terminate this Agreement by expiring the relationship and/or rejecting the new Program Term offered. Your continued participation in the Program by accepting the newly offered Program Term with new terms and conditions for this Agreement constitutes your binding acceptance to the change. If you breach any of these Terms and Conditions, you may be removed from the program immediately and/or permanently. Pyramyd Air also reserves the right to withhold, or cancel any and all compensation for transactions not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
