--GENERAL TERMS--
*Final billable numbers are according to Advertiser reporting. Billable numbers are issued on or around the last day of the month for the prior month.
*Advertiser holds the right to determine the validity of all leads submitted. Any lead that does not meet the requirements or deemed invalid by the Advertiser will be considered invalid.
*Caps and payout subject to change by Advertiser.
*No cross publication of offer from one network to another. Network clients may not publish the offer to any other network, agency or entity. Networks may only promote the program to their own internal network publishers.
*Offer payouts must be locked at the street payouts as listed in the Program Agreement in ShareASale.
*No network may publicly display the offer at rates other than that shown in the Program Agreement.
*Use of any unapproved creative will result in non-payment of all leads.
*Advertising coupons or deals not authorized by Anya will result in non-payment of all leads.
At their sole discretion, if the Advertiser and/or Anya determine the Publisher traffic to be in violation of any of the terms contained herein, the Publisher will be obligated to forego and/or pay back any commissions that were generated via this type of traffic and any future commissions from this traffic will be denied. The Advertiser and/or Anya will reserve the right to immediately terminate the Program Agreement at any time if this agreement is breached.
--Affiliate Code of Conduct for Anya--
--Guidelines--
As a member of Anya “Affiliate Program” there are certain guidelines that
Anya expects you to follow in order to remain in the program. Failure to follow
any of the following guidelines will result in your immediate dismissal from the program.
1. Affiliates are not allowed to bid on Anya “brand terms,” misspelling of Anya brand terms, and any of Anya custom product names or branded keywords.
(i.e. This is Anya, Anya postpartum, Anya recovery plan, Anya scalp serum, Anya new moms, Anya tonics, Anya postnatal)
2. Affiliates will not use Anya URLs (thisisanya.com) or any misspellings in any “Google Adwords” accounts or any similar
3. Affiliates will not send search traffic directly through Anya's website and will not utilize Anya’s domain in the listing display URL for any reason.
4. Along with the items listed above, affiliates will abide by Anya’s “Terms and
Privacy policy” in its entirety. The policy can be found at www.thisisanya.com
5. Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program
6. Publishers are not allowed to portray their website as thisisanya.com
7. Publishers are not allowed to outbid thisisanya.com in any paid search campaigns linking to thisisanya.com
8. Publishers cannot bid on trademark terms and variations of TMs plus brands or other keywords. No use of display url is allowed for publishers.
--EMAIL SPECIAL TERMS--
Use the following steps to insure all Emails are CAN-SPAM Compliant. All email creative must include the following items (in addition to image) before an email drop.
1. Must have unsubscribe/opt-out link.
2. Must have physical address where the browser can unsubscribe.

c. State, Zip
Always download the suppression list and scrub it against your list. Do not email without it.
Always use Suppression files before Emailing.
Use Advertiser approved “From” lines only. Do not use false or misleading header information.
Use Advertiser approved subject line only. Do not use deceptive subject lines, Identify the message as an ad.
