PPC Terms and Conditions
Before joining the Soul Space Affiliate Program or starting any promotion, please take a moment to carefully read through our PPC guidelines. We’ve kept these terms straightforward, avoiding complicated language, so they’re easy to understand and follow.
By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that the Soul Space Affiliate Program remains effective and beneficial for both our affiliates and our brand.
General Guidelines:
- No Intrusive Ads: Affiliates may not use pop-ups, pop-unders, or any other techniques that force cookies onto users.
- No Confusing Domains: Affiliates cannot create or register domains/subdomains that might make users think they are on an official Soul Space website.
- Clear Identification: Affiliates must clearly represent themselves in promotions and not impersonate Soul Space on social media.
- Coupon Codes: Affiliates may only promote coupon codes provided directly by Soul Space. Any unauthorized coupon codes will result in canceled sales and no commission.
- Email Marketing: Email marketing is allowed, but affiliates must follow CAN-SPAM rules and get approval from Soul Space before sending campaigns.
PPC (Pay-Per-Click) Advertising:
Affiliates are not allowed to use PPC advertising to promote Soul Space. This includes:
- Bidding on Soul Space trademarked terms or variations.
- Using the Soul Space name in paid search ads or URLs.
- Direct linking to the Soul Space website through search engines.
- Affiliates found using PPC will be removed from the program, and related commissions will be canceled.
Prohibited Activities:
- No Fraudulent Activities: Affiliates must not use bots, scripts, or other techniques to generate fake sales or clicks. Violations will lead to immediate termination and voided commissions.
- No Cookie Stuffing: Placing cookies without user consent or using hidden methods to track sales is not allowed.
Creative Use:
Affiliates can use Soul Space-approved banners, logos, and links but cannot alter them. If specific creative assets are needed, affiliates must request approval.
Commission Eligibility:
Commissions will only be paid on valid sales tracked and attributed to the affiliate channel. Sales attributed to other marketing efforts will not qualify for commissions.
Violations:
If these terms are violated, affiliates will be removed from the program, and any related commissions will be canceled.
