Hot Or Just Me Inc

This Affiliate Marketing Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions governing your participation in the Hot Or Just Me Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By clicking “I accept” or by participating in the Program, you (the “Affiliate”) represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you are authorized to bind such entity. If you do not agree, you must not participate in the Program.

To participate, you must first register as an affiliate via ShareASale.com, Inc. (now part of Awin Global Affiliate Network, “Awin”).

Enrollment is subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. We may reject applications for any reason, including but not limited to content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or inconsistent with our brand values.

Affiliates must ensure that all domains and promotional properties they intend to use are fully disclosed in their Awin/ShareASale profile.

This Agreement incorporates by reference the ShareASale Affiliate Service Agreement and the Awin Advertiser & Publisher Terms and Conditions.

In the event of conflict, this Agreement prevails with respect to your participation in the Hot Or Just Me Program.

Your websites, apps, or promotional channels may not:

Infringe on intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.

Contain defamatory, obscene, or age-restricted content.

Use malware, adware, cookie stuffing, or traffic diversion techniques.

Misrepresent our brand or products.

Promote our products in countries where we do not ship.

Affiliate links must be obtained only through Awin/ShareASale.

Affiliates may not alter, cloak, mask, or redirect tracking links.

You may not combine our affiliate links with referral program links or self-deal to earn commissions.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our trademarks and promotional materials solely for Program participation.

You may not:

Register or use our marks in domains, subdomains, or social handles.

Use our marks in PPC ads, display URLs, or ad copy.

Imply endorsement or partnership beyond this Program.

All rights remain with Hot Or Just Me Inc.

Strict no-tolerance rules apply:

❌ No bidding on “Hot Or Just Me” brand terms, variations, or misspellings.

❌ No use of brand terms in ad copy, display URLs, or keyword sequences.

❌ No outranking us in position 1–5 for branded searches.

✅ Generic keyword campaigns (non-branded) are permitted if consistent with our brand.

You must set our trademarks as negative keywords.

Affiliates may only promote official coupons we provide via Awin/ShareASale.

Posting expired, misleading, or unauthorized codes is prohibited.

“Coupon scraping” or presenting site-wide offers (e.g., free shipping) as unique coupons is forbidden.

Affiliates ranking on search engines for “[Brand] + coupon” may be subject to reduced or zero commission.

Cashback, loyalty, and voucher affiliates require prior written approval.

Promotion via personal channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is permitted if FTC disclosure rules are followed.

Affiliates must clearly disclose compensated relationships (FTC 16 CFR Part 255, CAP Code, etc.).

Use of our trademarks in usernames, handles, or pages is prohibited.

Commissions are paid only on Eligible Purchases: completed transactions by third-party customers for which we receive payment.

Commissions are not paid on: VAT/taxes, shipping, service fees, cancellations, returns, fraudulent orders, duplicate orders, or self-purchases.

Reversals may occur for violations, fraud, or unverified traffic.

Affiliates must comply with all applicable privacy, GDPR, CCPA, and data-protection laws.

Any non-public information provided under the Program must be kept confidential.

Either party may terminate participation at any time.

Hot Or Just Me reserves the right to immediate termination for:

Trademark bidding violations.

Unauthorized coupon promotion.

Fraudulent or incentivized clicks.

Violation of Awin/ShareASale terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, USA.

You agree to exclusive jurisdiction in California courts for any dispute.

This Agreement, together with the ShareASale Affiliate Service Agreement and the Awin Publisher Terms, constitutes the entire agreement.

🚫 No brand misuse, domain squatting, or “coupon hijacking.”

🚫 No incentivized clicks or artificial traffic.

🚫 No promotion outside countries we ship to.

🚫 No health/medical claims unless expressly approved.

✅ We reserve the right to tier commissions by affiliate type (content partners prioritized, coupon/cashback restricted).
