Promotion Guidelines** Affiliates must adhere to the following guidelines when promoting Famileo:* **Accurate Representation:** Affiliates should promote Famileo in a manner that accurately represents the brand and its services. Misleading claims, deceptive advertising, or unethical practices are strictly prohibited.* **No Spam:** Affiliates must not engage in spamming activities, including unsolicited emails, false advertising, or any other prohibited marketing tactics.* **Branding:** Affiliates should use Famileo’s approved marketing materials, including banners, links, and logos, to ensure brand consistency. All materials will be available through the AWIN platform.**6\. Affiliate Responsibilities*** Ensure all content and promotional methods comply with applicable laws and regulations, including advertising standards, data protection laws (GDPR, etc.), and intellectual property rights.* Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to AWIN and Famileo.* Promptly respond to any inquiries from AWIN or Famileo regarding the Affiliate’s activities.**7\. Termination and Suspension** Famileo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the Program at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you are in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the AWIN network’s rules, or if we determine that your promotional methods are damaging to the Famileo brand.**8\. Payments** Commissions earned by Affiliates will be paid out through AWIN’s payment platform according to their payment schedule. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate banking information or payment methods as required by AWIN.**9\. Confidentiality** Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential or proprietary information provided by Famileo or AWIN, including but not limited to program details, pricing information, and promotional materials.**10\.
