As an authorised affiliate of Display Wizard, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in these Terms. Please read carefully before registering and promoting Display Wizard as an Affiliate.
\- Bidding on our brand terms (or any sentence including our brand terms e.g. “Display Wizard voucher codes") in PPC will result in suspension, unless advised/ requested to do so, directly from a Display Wizard account manager
* \- Affiliates are responsible to ensuring their information & content on Display Wizard, is kept up-to-date and correct.
* \- Affiliates are not permitted to pose as Display Wizard on any social media. Affiliates are permitted to advertise Display Wizard on their own social media pages.
* \- Affiliates must not frame or copy the Display Wizard website, unless advised to do so directly from a Display Wizard account manager.
\- If an affiliate is found to promote any of the following content they will be suspended immediately: Adult, explicit, offensive, abusive, violent, misleading, obscene, racist, discriminative, extremist, illegal, bad debt or tobacco products.
* \- Affiliates should only use branding & content, provided to them by a Display Wizard account manager.
#### **Commission:**
* We offer a standard commission rate of 2%, when on-boarding.
* We only pay transactions that have been approved from Awin & our Orders team.
* We do-not pay commission on unauthorised discount code usage.
* If you’re an affiliate with notably high website traffic or believe you can bring substantial value to Display Wizard's affiliate program, we are open to explore possibilities for bespoke commission rates.
#### **Validation process:**
* In the event of a complaint, all work subject to the complaint must be returned to Display Wizard Ltd within 14 days, along with a written explanation as to the reason for return. No responsibility for error will be considered by Display Wizard unless a written order was originally supplied. Goods must be returned in their original unopened and sealed packaging. All valid items\* are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
#### **Voucher codes**:
* Affiliates may only promote to their customers, codes or discounts specifically provided directly by Display Wizard or via our Awin Offers portal. Use of unauthorised codes will result in commissions being cancelled and potential removal from the program.
