Welcome to the Oka Affiliate Program! Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before joining the program. By participating as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these rules in addition to ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are expected to promote Oka in an ethical and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on Oka trademarks, including but not limited to "Oka," "Oka Footwear," "Oka Recovery," or variations thereof, in any pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
Domain Names: Affiliates are not permitted to use Oka trademarks or misspellings of our brand in their domain names, including subdomains.
Coupon Sites: Affiliates may not promote Oka through unauthorized coupon or deal websites. Only affiliates with prior approval may share discount codes.
Misleading Promotions: Affiliates must not engage in any form of misleading advertising, including false claims about discounts, product capabilities, or site offers.
Spam: Affiliates may not use unsolicited emails, messages, or advertisements (spam) to promote Oka. Violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the program.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not use any cookie stuffing techniques or engage in any fraudulent behavior intended to manipulate tracking cookies or affiliate link clicks.
Fraudulent Transactions: Any fraudulent transactions or practices aimed at artificially boosting commissions will result in termination from the program and forfeiture of all commissions earned.
Affiliate Link Use
All affiliate links should be clearly labeled as such and should direct users to the official Oka website okarecovery.com. Links may not be cloaked or hidden to deceive users.
Promotional Materials
Oka provides affiliates with banners, text links, and other promotional materials. Affiliates may not alter or modify these materials in any way without prior approval from Oka.
Content Restrictions
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Oka products on websites or social media platforms that contain or promote the following:
- Adult content
- Violence, hate speech, or discriminatory language
- Illegal activities or substances
- Offensive or obscene material
Termination
Oka reserves the right to terminate any affiliate from the program at any time, for any reason. Affiliates who violate this agreement or ShareASale’s Terms of Use will be removed from the program and all pending commissions will be forfeited.
Changes to the Agreement
Oka may update this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes via email or ShareASale notifications. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
