Petzii.io Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the Petzii.io affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Commission Rate
- The standard commission rate is 4% for every sale referred through your affiliate link. Commissions are approved once the referred sale is confirmed and paid.
2. Promotional Methods
- Allowed Methods:
- Affiliates are allowed to promote Petzii.io through personal blogs, affiliate websites, social media platforms, email marketing (in compliance with anti-spam laws), and organic marketing channels.
- You may use direct affiliate links to our homepage, product pages, or any specific landing pages provided by Petzii.io.
- Creatives such as banners, images, and other materials provided by Petzii.io must be used to ensure brand consistency.
- Prohibited Methods:
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited from placing ads (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) that link directly to the Petzii.io website using their affiliate link.
- Affiliates may not engage in PPC bidding on brand names, including variations or misspellings of “Petzii” or any related trademarks.
- Unauthorized use of Petzii.io branding or misrepresentation of products in any advertising or promotion is grounds for immediate removal from the program.
3. Payment Terms
- Payment Status: Approved commissions are paid upon receipt of payment.
- Average Payment Time: N/A
- Cookie Duration (Attribution Period): 30 Days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission.
- Auto Validation Period: Commissions are auto-validated after 17 days following a successful sale, provided there are no cancellations or returns.
4. Cookie Duration
- The cookie duration for tracking referred sales is 30 days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive a commission.
5. Restrictions
- Affiliates are not allowed to use misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about Petzii.io products in their promotions.
- Fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals or purchasing through your own affiliate links, will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
6. Brand Protection
- Affiliates must respect Petzii.io’s branding and may not use any materials without permission or alter provided creatives.
- Any attempt to deceive or confuse customers by misrepresenting affiliation or endorsement by Petzii.io will lead to immediate termination from the program.
7. Termination
- Petzii.io reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for non-compliance with these terms.
- Affiliates found violating any of the conditions above will be banned from the program and forfeit all pending commissions.
8. Updates to Terms
- Petzii.io reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the Awin dashboard. Continued participation in the program after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
