1. Affiliate Program Enrollment
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed affiliate program application through our designated affiliate platform, ShareASale. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason at our discretion.
2. Affiliate Obligations
As a member of TheDirtyChic.com affiliate program, you agree that:
You will promote our products through lawful means and in compliance with this agreement and the ShareASale Terms of Use.
You must not use misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
All promotional material, including banners and text links, must be provided by TheDirtyChic.com or pre-approved by us.
3. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or engaging in any form of spamming to promote TheDirtyChic.com.
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on any keywords, including "TheDirtyChic" or any variations of our brand name, as part of any pay-per-click campaigns.
False Representation: Affiliates may not make false claims, provide misleading information, or represent themselves as TheDirtyChic.com.
Cookie-Stuffing: You must not attempt to place affiliate cookies through the use of tracking methods that result in misleading the user, such as cookie stuffing or pop-ups.
Illegal Content: Promoting TheDirtyChic.com through websites that contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
4. Approved Communication Channels
Affiliates are encouraged to promote TheDirtyChic.com through a variety of platforms, including personal websites, blogs, social media accounts, and newsletters. However, the following channels are restricted:
Coupon Sites: Affiliates are not permitted to list coupon codes or offers on coupon or deal aggregator websites unless explicitly authorized.
Incentivized Traffic: Use of incentivized traffic sources, such as offering compensation to users in exchange for clicking on affiliate links, is prohibited.
5. Commissions and Payouts
Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral link, based on the rates and terms specified in the ShareASale platform. Commissions will be voided if the sale is later refunded or canceled.
6. Termination
TheDirtyChic.com reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including for violating the terms of this agreement or engaging in any prohibited activities. Upon termination, you will forfeit any outstanding commissions, and you must immediately cease using any promotional material related to TheDirtyChic.com.
7. Modification of Agreement
We reserve the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated to affiliates via email or through updates on the ShareASale platform. Continued participation in the program following the posting of changes will constitute acceptance of those changes.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the TheDirtyChic.com affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this agreement and the ShareASale Terms of Use.
