Program Conditions

2. Compensation and Commission Structure
- Standard Commission: Publishers earn up to 5% commission on net sales.
- Payment Period: Commissions will typically be paid within 30 days after confirming the transaction.
3. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with a 14-day written notice.
4. Commission Rejection
Commissions may be rejected for:
- Canceled or returned orders.
- Fraudulent or incomplete transactions.
- Violation of program conditions.
5. Branding and Creative Materials
Heybike is willing to provide banners, videos, and other promotional materials.
6. Changes to Terms
Publishers will be notified of changes to commission rates or program terms at least 7 days in advance.
7. Deduplication
We use deduplication to ensure that each sale is credited to a single channel, preventing multiple attributions for the same transaction.
