MyVPro Affiliate Program Agreement

Welcome to the MyVPro Affiliate Program! By participating in our program, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement ensures clarity, compliance, and a successful partnership between MyVPro and our affiliates. Please review carefully.
1. Program Overview
Affiliates earn commissions for each verified sale generated through their unique affiliate links.
Commission rates vary based on the type of affiliate and the specific product collections promoted. We offer competitive rates tailored to different promotional methods.
2. Affiliate Eligibility Requirements
Affiliates must be 21 years of age or older and comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the promotion of vaping products.
Affiliates must not reside in jurisdictions where the sale of vaping products is prohibited.
Affiliates must not engage in any activity that targets minors or individuals under the legal vaping age.
3. Prohibited Promotional Methods
Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading advertising, including false health claims or unsubstantiated benefits related to vaping products.
The use of spam emails, unsolicited messages, or any form of unethical marketing practices is strictly prohibited.
Affiliates must not promote products on websites, forums, or social media platforms that target individuals below the legal age for vaping.
4. Commission Structure and Payment Terms
Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts).
The standard commission rates for most affiliates, including coupon and general deal-sharing websites, are as follows:
1%-3%: For sales under $1,000 within eligible collections.
4%-6%: For sales between $1,000 and $5,000 within eligible collections.
7%-10%: For sales exceeding $5,000 within eligible collections.
High-quality affiliates, such as industry influencers, specialized blogs, or niche content creators, are encouraged to contact us directly for customized commission rates of up to 30%.
MyVPro reserves the right to make the final interpretation regarding eligible collections and the application of commission rates.
Payments are made monthly, 30 days after the end of the month, to ensure that all transactions are valid and not subject to chargebacks or refunds.
5. Cookie Duration and Attribution
MyVPro offers a 60-day cookie duration, meaning affiliates will receive credit for any purchases made within 60 days of the initial click through their link.
In cases where multiple affiliates are involved, the credit will go to the last-click affiliate.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use MyVPro’s approved banners, logos, and creatives provided in the affiliate dashboard. Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material is not allowed.
Affiliates are required to present MyVPro’s brand and products in a professional and ethical manner. Misrepresentation of the brand or products will result in removal from the program.
7. Compliance and Legal Requirements
Affiliates must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding the marketing and promotion of vaping products. This includes, but is not limited to:
Not making unsubstantiated health claims about the products.
Including clear disclaimers where required, such as “This product contains nicotine, which is an addictive chemical.”
Affiliates promoting MyVPro products must adhere to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding endorsements and disclose their affiliate relationship where applicable.
8. Termination and Suspension
MyVPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates this agreement or engages in unethical practices.
Affiliates who repeatedly violate program terms or engage in illegal activities will be permanently banned from the program and forfeit any outstanding commissions.
9. Amendments to the Agreement
MyVPro reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any significant changes are made, the effective date of the new terms will be clearly communicated, allowing affiliates sufficient time to comply.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Illinois. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Cook County, Illinois.
By joining the MyVPro Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
