Home seekers with a free basic account can search the entire selection, use the email service, save homes, and post requests for housing. If users wish to receive all information about a property or request unlimited viewings, they must subscribe to a premium account. This costs £19.99 per month and continues automatically. New users can try the premium account for a trial period of 3 days. After this trial period, they will automatically become paying members unless they cancel within the 3 days. A premium subscription can be canceled monthly.
Fees
When a home seeker creates a premium account, it counts as a lead. £5 is paid per lead. When a premium user does not cancel within the first 3 free days and is a paying member for at least one month, it counts as a sale. £10 is paid per sale.
