WorldSIM Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Publishers (affiliates) and WorldSIM, a global provider of international mobile connectivity solutions, registered in England, company number 05880013, whose registered office is at 2 Spring Villa Park, Spring Villa Road, Edgware, HA8 7EB, England and its affiliates (“WorldSIM”), hereinafter referred to as "WorldSIM" or "we" or "us." By participating in the WorldSIM Affiliate Program, Publishers agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
APPROVAL:
- To join the WorldSIM Affiliate Program, your application must be approved by us. We reserve the right to accept or decline applications based on our own discretion. We may also cancel participation in the program at any time with a 7-day prior notice.
- Affiliates must align with the values and goals of WorldSIM.
USE OF CREATIVE ASSETS:
- We authorize the use of our trademarks, logos, and creative materials (referred to as "Creative Assets"). These materials are provided for the sole purpose of promoting the WorldSIM Affiliate Program.
- Creative Assets must not be altered, modified, or used for any other purpose without prior approval. Requests for new creatives or formats should be sent to partnerships@worldsim.com. WorldSIM remains the sole owner of all intellectual property related to the Creative Assets.
PPC CAMPAIGNS:
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC) activities, including brand or product bidding on search engines, are not permitted. Any transactions generated via PPC campaigns will be invalidated, and the affiliate partnership may be terminated.
- In order to avoid broad and phrase match issues we also require affiliates to add ‘WorldSIM’ as a negative into any PPC campaigns they are running.
- Direct linking is also NOT permitted to the WorldSIM site.
CONTENT AND PROMOTIONS:
- Affiliates are not allowed to engage in remarketing or retargeting activities.
- Only content published in the language of the target country is permitted.
- Content with offensive, discriminatory, political, pornographic, or health-threatening references is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must disclose sponsored content on social media by using appropriate tags such as #WorldSIMAffiliates.
- We reserve the right to suspend or block affiliates who do not comply with our Creative Assets guidelines or publish inappropriate content.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
- Affiliates are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations regarding commercial promotion, data protection, and cookies.
- WorldSIM is not liable for any breach of personal data protection laws by affiliates.
PROMOTIONAL CODES:
- Only promotional codes provided directly by WorldSIM within the affiliate program may be used. Use of unauthorized codes will result in non-attribution of sales to the affiliate.
- Affiliates must not distribute promotional codes on deal sites, coupon aggregators, cashback, or loyalty platforms unless explicitly approved by WorldSIM.
TRANSACTION VALIDATION:
- Commissions are due for validated transactions only. WorldSIM reserves the right to verify and confirm conversions before the commission is paid. Valid conversions are subject to internal checks and must meet WorldSIM's performance criteria.
- eSIM orders, which include successful registrations and payment completion, will be considered valid transactions. Returns or cancellations are excluded from the commission.
- Validation of conversions will occur within 30 days of the transaction. Only the last-click conversion will be rewarded.
- No commission will be paid if no valid transactions are recorded.
