Once your application to our affiliate program is approved, you will have access to a variety of advertising materials specifically created for contractual use to ensure successful promotion. These advertising materials and links may only be integrated on the website whose URL you specified during the registration process to the TUI Cruises partner program.
For brand protection reasons, you are prohibited from using the terms that are protected trademarks of TUI Cruises in search engine advertising (e.g., on Microsoft Advertising or Google Ads). This applies particularly to terms identical to or confusingly similar to “TUI Cruises”, “Mein Schiff”, and “tuicruises.com” (e.g., through phonetic or visual similarity by adding or omitting letters).
It is not permitted to place ads with URLs representing the addresses of tuicruises.com. The use of the trademarks “TUI Cruises” or “Mein Schiff” in ad titles or ad text is prohibited. Direct redirection to tuicruises.com or any other URL belonging to tuicruises.com is not allowed. Promotion of TUI Cruises via display ads is also prohibited.
TUI Cruises reserves the right to reject applications if the content of partner advertising media does not align with objectives of TUI Cruises. Every affiliate must display a full legal notice on their website, including the full name, address, and a valid email address of the website operator. Partners are not permitted to make bookings for themselves.
In the event of browser restrictions (e.g., Safari 12 tracking protection ITP 2.1), the cookie durations stored in the program cannot always be guaranteed.
Operators of paid-mail systems cannot participate in the partner program.
Cashback is limited to a maximum of €30, which can be distributed to users. No promotions may take place without prior consultation and approval. Given the sensitivity of this matter, any violation of this rule may result in immediate termination.
The use of affiliate links in personal toolbars or via third parties you collaborate with is prohibited. Altering browsers through software, add-ons, or other plug-ins is also not allowed.
Any breach of the conditions mentioned above grants us the right to issue a warning and terminate the partnership, including retroactively disallowing sales commissions. TUI Cruises reserves the right to make special agreements with individual partners that may override the above points.
Excluded from commission are:
- Canceled bookings, amended bookings, additional charges such as taxes and fees, bookings using vouchers, onboard services (e.g., onboard credit or excursions)…
