Hustle Beauty Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Hustle Beauty Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, in addition to ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
1. Affiliate Restrictions:
• No Unauthorized Discounts: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting unauthorized discounts or coupon codes not specifically provided by Hustle Beauty.
• No False Claims: Affiliates must not make any false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about Hustle Beauty products.
• No Spamming: Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited email marketing or spam to promote Hustle Beauty products.
• No Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on Hustle Beauty trademarks, including but not limited to “Hustle Beauty,” “athleisure beauty,” or any variations, on search engines.
• No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must not misrepresent their relationship with Hustle Beauty, stating or implying that they are employees or partners rather than independent affiliates.
2. Promotional Guidelines:
• Content Use: Affiliates may only use approved images, logos, and descriptions provided by Hustle Beauty or ShareASale to promote products.
• Social Media: Affiliates are encouraged to promote Hustle Beauty through social media channels, but must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in all posts, in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using #ad, #sponsored).
• Incentivized Traffic: No incentivized traffic (such as offering cash rewards or points) may be used to generate clicks or sales for Hustle Beauty products.
3. Prohibited Traffic:
• No Adult Content: Affiliates must not place links or promotions on websites with adult content, hate speech, or any inappropriate material.
• No Malware or Adware: Affiliates must not promote Hustle Beauty through malicious software, adware, or other deceptive means of driving traffic.
• No Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not engage in cookie stuffing or any other misleading practices to generate commissions.
4. Commission Policy:
• Hustle Beauty reserves the right to reverse commissions in the event of returned products, canceled orders, or fraudulent transactions.
• Any commission disputes must be raised within 30 days of the sale date.
5. Termination:
• Hustle Beauty reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of the program agreement, ShareASale’s Terms of Use, or any activity deemed harmful to the Hustle Beauty brand or reputation.
