1. Prohibited Activities:
Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded keywords, including variations and misspellings of Literary Sport, in search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.
Direct Linking: Affiliates cannot link directly to the Literary Sport's site from search ads without explicit permission.
Coupon Code Misuse: Affiliates must only promote authorized coupon codes provided by Literary Sport. Unauthorized or expired coupon codes are not allowed.
Misrepresentation of Brand: Affiliates cannot make false or misleading claims about Literary Sport's products, services, or company.
Spam: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in email marketing or social media spamming that misrepresents Literary Sport,.
Cookie Stuffing: No affiliate may use cookie stuffing or similar methods to force a user’s browser to accept cookies without the user's consent.
Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not promote Literary Sport on websites or platforms that feature adult, hate, violence, discrimination, or any illegal content.
2. Approval and Removal of Affiliates:
Literary Sport reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application and to remove affiliates from the program at any time for violations of the terms, unethical behavior, or for any other reason.
3. Use of Marketing Materials:
Affiliates must only use approved banners, images, and links provided by Literary Sport or found on the Literary Sport website. Any alteration or unauthorized use of creative materials is strictly prohibited.
4. FTC Compliance:
Affiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials, including clearly disclosing affiliate relationships on all marketing materials, blog posts, and social media.
5. Returns and Cancellations:
If a customer returns a product or cancels an order within the return/cancellation period, the affiliate's commission for that transaction will be voided. If the commission has already been paid, the amount will be deducted from the affiliate’s future earnings.
6. Monitoring and Reporting:
Literary Sport reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity for compliance and requires regular reporting on affiliate marketing efforts if necessary.
7. Termination:
Literary Sport reserves the right to terminate the affiliate relationship due to violations of terms, prolonged inactivity, or any form of unethical behavior.
