Tutti Bambini Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

By joining our affiliate programme, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated at Tutti Bambini's discretion. We will inform you of any changes, and updated versions will always be available upon request.

PPC Activity

  • Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on our brand terms or any misspellings across all search engines. This includes but is not limited to: 
  • "Tutti Bambini" 
  • "Tutti Bambino" 
  • “Tutti Bambini UK”
  • "Tutti Bambin."
  • Do not use "Tutti Bambini" in ad headers, shopping/search services, or register URLs/domains containing the brand name or variations.
  • Affiliates can use "Tutti Bambini" in URLs for articles/pages specifically about our brand.
  • Affiliates are to be responsible in their promotion of the Tutti Bambini brand and avoid any use which may be interpreted as ‘spamming’.
  • Do not submit our product feeds to Google Product Search, as it violates Google's terms.

Negative Keywords

  • Tutti Bambini requests that affiliates review their negative keyword list to ensure that online partner bidding does not allow the “Tutti Bambini” terms to appear against non-brand appropriate terms.
  • Include our proprietary URL (e.g., tuttibambini.com) as a negative keyword.
  • Regular search query reports should be conducted to identify necessary negative keywords.

Discount/Voucher Codes

  • Use only discount codes provided by Tutti Bambini via Affiliate Window.
  • Unauthorised codes or those from other channels will result in declined sales.
  • Display terms and expiry dates for voucher codes where applicable.
  • Avoid "click to reveal" features without valid codes.
  • Discount codes apply only to full-price items.

Creatives/Logo Usage

  • Advertising creative and logos have been provided to support the programme and are regularly updated. Please ensure you are using the most up-to-date logo and branding on the network profile.
  • Bespoke creative can be provided by our design team on request. Please allow at least 5 working days for this. 
  • Affiliates may not alter the creative or text links provided through the interface without prior approval. Affiliates are requested not to hard code creative banners, so updates are immediate. 

Social Media

  • Affiliates should not register social media, YouTube or any sharing application accounts containing the Tutti Bambini brand name, logo, or any similar references.
  • Make it clear when linking via social media that you are an affiliate.

Site Exclusions

  • As a family-friendly brand, we do not accept affiliates with adult/mature content. This includes but is not limited to, images of sexual acts, nudity intended to arouse the viewer sexually, graphic photos or videos and fetishes. 

Commission Structure & Rates

Commissions apply to new customers only and are based on the post-discount transaction amount, excluding VAT and P&P:

Commission rates are based on total basket value:

  • 3% - £350 +
  • 6% - £100 – £349.99
  • 10% - £10 – £99.99

Commission on returned goods will be declined.

Cookie Period

  • Our cookie period is 30 days.

Affiliate Independence

  • Affiliates maintain independence, but Tutti Bambini reserves the right to question any misleading content.

Statement of Consequences

Non-compliance will result in reversed commissions and potential suspension.
