ALT. Fragrances Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the ALT. Fragrances Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, in addition to ShareASale’s Terms of Use:
Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting ALT. Fragrances through unauthorized coupon sites, PPC bidding on branded terms (e.g., "ALT. Fragrances," "ALT. Fragrances coupon," etc.), or using ALT. Fragrances trademarks in domain names or paid search ads.
Spamming or unsolicited email marketing is not allowed.
Affiliates may not offer unauthorized discounts or misrepresent the brand in any way that could damage ALT. Fragrances' reputation.
Affiliates are not permitted to engage in misleading or deceptive advertising practices.
Content Restrictions:
Affiliates must ensure all content complies with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws.
Affiliates are not allowed to promote ALT. Fragrances on websites that contain offensive, illegal, or explicit content.
Content should be original, and ALT. Fragrances reserves the right to request edits or removals of content that does not align with our brand values.
Commission and Payment Terms:
Commission rates are subject to change at the discretion of ALT. Fragrances, and affiliates will be notified of any changes.
Self-referrals for affiliate purchases are not allowed and will result in termination from the program.
Affiliates must maintain an active account to qualify for commission payments.
Termination:
ALT. Fragrances reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account without prior notice if it is found in violation of any of the above terms or ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activities will have their accounts terminated immediately, and any pending commissions forfeited.
By joining the ALT. Fragrances Affiliate Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
