Whirly Board Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the Whirly Board Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use:
1. Prohibited Activities:
No Misrepresentation: Affiliates must accurately represent Whirly Board products and brands in all marketing materials. Misleading claims or false information are strictly prohibited.
No Spamming: Affiliates may not use email spam, comment spam, or unsolicited mass communication to promote the Whirly Board.
No Coupon or Deal Sites: Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Whirly Board on unauthorized coupon or deal websites unless we explicitly approve them.
No Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Bidding on Trademarked Terms: Affiliates may not bid on Whirly Board trademarked terms (such as "Whirly Board," "Whirly Complete") in any PPC advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads or Bing.
No Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not use cookie stuffing or other deceptive practices to generate commissions without legitimate customer interaction.
2. Brand Usage:
Affiliates must use approved logos, images, and text provided by Whirly Board for promotional purposes. Unauthorized alteration of brand assets is prohibited.
Affiliates may not register or use any domain names or social media handles containing the words "Whirly Board" or any variations thereof.
3. Compliance with Legal Standards:
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the FTC Guidelines on endorsements and disclosures. They are also required to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with Whirly Board in all promotions.
4. Content Restrictions:
Affiliates may not promote Whirly Board on websites or platforms that contain offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content, including but not limited to violence, hate speech, adult content, or illegal activities.
5. Termination:
Whirly Board reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at any time if the affiliate is found in violation of these terms or engages in any conduct that Whirly Board deems harmful to the brand.
6. Commission Payment Terms:
Affiliates will receive commission payments based on completed and verified sales. Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may result in the withholding or forfeiture of commissions.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities:
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring their marketing practices comply with all applicable laws and the terms of this agreement.
