Introduction
Thank you for your interest in joining the Abel Affiliate Program. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our program. By applying and participating as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, in addition to ShareASale’s Terms of Use.
1. Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
- Your website, social media, or other promotional platform must not contain any inappropriate or offensive content. This includes but is not limited to, content that promotes violence, illegal activities, adult material, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application for any reason, including but not limited to failure to meet these requirements.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate of Abel, you agree to:
- Promote our brand and products in a truthful and ethical manner, without making false or misleading claims.
- Adhere to any specific promotional guidelines we may provide.
- Ensure that your website and promotional channels comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing.
- Only use the marketing materials we provide or approve, including banners, logos, and other content.
3. Prohibited Activities
You are not allowed to engage in the following activities as part of your participation in our Affiliate Program:
- Paid Search: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Abel’s brand name, misspellings, or other branded terms in any pay-per-click or paid search campaigns on any platform (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Coupon or Discount Sites: Affiliates may not promote our brand on coupon or discount websites unless given express written permission.
- Trademark Infringement: Affiliates must not use Abel’s trademark, logo, or any brand identifiers without permission or in a misleading way.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or any form of spam to promote Abel is strictly prohibited.
- Cookie Stuffing: You may not engage in cookie stuffing or use other deceptive techniques to generate commissions.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account for any reason at any time, including violation of this agreement or failure to comply with ShareASale’s Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must immediately cease promoting Abel and remove any links or promotional materials from your platforms.
5. Commission Structure
The commission rate for affiliates will be 25% of the net sale (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns). Commissions are tracked and paid through the ShareASale platform according to their terms and conditions.
6. Reversals
Abel reserves the right to reverse any commissions if we find that the sale was invalid, refunded, or involved fraud or other prohibited activity.
7. Modification of Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the agreement, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
