Populace I.F. Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that govern the participation of affiliates in the Populace IF Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying and being approved as an affiliate, you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms:
1. Affiliate Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Participation is limited to individuals and entities that meet our qualifications and comply with this Agreement.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promotional Channels: Affiliates may promote Populace IF through their website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other marketing channels, provided they adhere to our guidelines.
Brand Representation: Affiliates must not misrepresent or make false claims about Populace IF, its services, or its offerings.
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, anti-spam regulations, and FTC guidelines on endorsements.
3. Restrictions
The following activities are prohibited:
Misleading Marketing: Affiliates may not use deceptive advertising, including misleading claims, clickbait, or fraudulent practices to gain referrals or sales.
Unauthorized Use of Populace IF Branding: Affiliates must not alter any Populace IF logos, trademarks, or promotional materials without prior written consent.
Incentivized Clicks: Affiliates may not offer any unauthorized incentives (e.g., cash rewards, bonuses) for users to sign up.
Paid Search and Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Populace IF-related keywords in paid search (PPC) or any form of online advertising, including but not limited to search engines, social media, and display ads.
Spam: Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited mass email marketing (“spam”) to promote Populace IF.
Illegal Activity: Affiliates must not promote Populace IF through any illegal or unethical means, including but not limited to promoting on sites with adult content, hate speech, or violence.
4. Commissions
Payout: Affiliates will receive $8.33 for each valid referral that signs up and remains a customer for 60 days. Commissions are calculated based on completed users subscribing to the Populace app memberships.
Valid Sales: To be eligible for commissions, referred customers must not already be existing customers or fraudulent accounts.
Payment Schedule: Commissions will be paid monthly, starting the month following 60 days from customer purchase
5. Program Termination
Populace IF reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation in the program at any time if the Affiliate violates any terms of this Agreement, including fraudulent activity or misrepresentation of the brand.
6. Limitation of Liability
Populace IF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Affiliate’s participation in the Program. Populace IF makes no warranties regarding the operation or availability of its website or affiliate tools.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Amendments
Populace IF reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, with notice provided to Affiliates. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
