MigraKet Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for participation in the MigraKet Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
1. Program Overview
MigraKet® is a medical food for migraine management, formulated to enhance brain metabolism with essential nutrients. Affiliates are rewarded for referring customers who purchase MigraKet products through the provided affiliate links.
-Product Description: MigraKet® (box of 30 sachets)
-Retail Price: $98 per box
-First-Time Customer Discount: Use code TRIAL15 for $15 off, reducing the price to $83
-Affiliate Commission: 7% for each referred sale (Negotiable)
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting MigraKet in an ethical and compliant manner, adhering to the guidelines listed below.
Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
-Misleading Claims: Affiliates must not make false claims or misleading representations about -------MigraKet's benefits, ingredients, or usage.
-False Advertising: Affiliates may not use deceptive ads, including false discounts or misleading urgency tactics not authorized by MigraKet.
-Unauthorized Discounts: Only approved discounts (e.g., TRIAL15) may be promoted. Affiliates are not permitted to create or distribute unauthorized discount codes.
-Paid Search: Bidding on the MigraKet brand name, variations, or misspellings on search engines is prohibited.
-Trademark Violations: Unauthorized use of MigraKet's logo, trademarks, or intellectual property is not allowed.
-Email Spam: Affiliates may not use unsolicited email (spam) to promote MigraKet.
-Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates may not use cookie stuffing techniques to generate sales without proper customer consent.
3. Promotional Materials
MigraKet will provide approved marketing materials, including banners, images, and product descriptions, for use by affiliates. Affiliates are not permitted to alter these materials without prior written consent.
4. Commissions & Payments
Affiliates will earn a flat commission of $20 for each valid customer sale made through their unique affiliate link. The sale must meet the following criteria:
-The customer must complete the purchase of a MigraKet product.
-The sale must not be refunded or canceled within the return period.
-The use of the TRIAL15 discount is allowed for first-time customers.
-Payments will be made through ShareASale in accordance with their payment schedule.
5. Termination
MigraKet reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the Program at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement or fraudulent activities.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
