We do not accept pay-per-click bidding, nor do we work with coupon or deal sites. We are currently offering a special commission rate of 20% for those signing up now. In the future, our standard commission rate will change to 15%. However, affiliates who secure the 20% rate during this special offer will maintain it for one year from their approval date, or potentially longer, depending on future program updates.
Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Program Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to commission rates, payment terms, and program policies. Continued participation in the program after any modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. We may also deactivate or cancel any affiliate account at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to cases of fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.
2. Commission Payments
We reserve the right to withhold payments if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, or if a customer cancels or refunds their purchase. Any adjustments to commission rates will be communicated in advance, and affiliates who sign up under promotional rates will maintain those rates for a year from the date of approval. After this period, rates may adjust according to the program’s updated terms.
3. Prohibited Practices and Account Deactivation
Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in certain behaviors that may lead to deactivation, including but not limited to:
Misleading or false advertising.
Use of unauthorized coupon or deal sites.
Pay-per-click bidding on brand names or trademarks.
Spamming or using unethical marketing practices.
Posting inappropriate or offensive content. If an affiliate engages in any of these activities or other practices that violate the integrity of the program, their account may be terminated immediately, and any pending commissions may be withheld.
4. Inactive Accounts
Affiliate accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months may be deactivated without notice. Inactive accounts are defined as those with no new referrals, sales, or engagement during this period. Affiliates may contact support to reactivate their account upon renewed activity.
5. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if fraudulent or suspicious behavior is detected. This includes, but is not limited to, self-referrals, false sales, or traffic from unauthorized or unethical sources. Any commissions generated through fraudulent means will not be paid and may result in account termination.
6. Affiliate Link Usage
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their tracking links are used correctly. Manipulation of affiliate links, placing them on unauthorized platforms, or any misuse will result in account termination and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
7. Program Termination and Forfeiture of Commissions
In the event that an affiliate account is terminated, any outstanding commissions below the minimum payout threshold will be forfeited. Affiliates will lose access to their account and the affiliate dashboard, and they will not be entitled to any further compensation beyond the commissions earned before the termination date.
