Cacio e Pepe Tarot Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Cacio e Pepe Tarot Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in the program.
1. Program Overview
As an affiliate, you will promote the Cacio e Pepe Tarot deck and earn commissions for every sale generated through your unique affiliate link. Affiliates will receive 15% per sale made via their referral link.
2. Restrictions and Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are expected to adhere to the highest ethical standards and avoid engaging in any of the following activities:
False Advertising: Affiliates may not mislead potential customers about the product features, pricing, or availability.
Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages, or engaging in any form of spam, is strictly prohibited.
Paid Search Campaigns on Branded Keywords: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on branded keywords such as “Cacio e Pepe Tarot” or any variation thereof in search engine marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Inappropriate Content: Affiliates may not promote the product on websites or platforms that feature illegal activities, adult content, violence, or hate speech.
Cookie Stuffing: Any form of cookie stuffing or malicious tracking is strictly forbidden.
3. Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates must always represent Cacio e Pepe Tarot professionally and accurately. Affiliates agree not to:
Use deceptive or misleading promotional tactics.
Make false claims about earnings or results using the product.
Manipulate affiliate links to take unearned commissions from other affiliates.
4. Content Ownership
All marketing materials provided to affiliates, including images, logos, and copy, are the intellectual property of Cacio e Pepe Tarot and may only be used for the purpose of promoting our product.
5. Termination
Cacio e Pepe Tarot reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program at any time for violations of this agreement or for conduct deemed harmful to the brand.
6. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a flat-rate commission of $10 per sale. Payouts will be made monthly through the designated payment method, provided the affiliate reaches the minimum payout threshold.
7. ShareASale Compliance
All affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use and must comply with their policies in addition to those outlined in this agreement.
8. Modification of Agreement
Cacio e Pepe Tarot reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updates.
