Studio Stockhome Affiliate Agreement
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation as an affiliate in the Studio Stockhome Affiliate Program (the “Program”), which is managed through the Awin Affiliate Network. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement, Awin’s Publisher Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws and regulations.
Tracking, reporting, and commission payments are administered by Awin. Affiliates must maintain a valid Awin account to participate.
Definitions
Customer: A user sent to Studio Stockhome via an affiliate link.
Affiliate / You: The publisher advertising links or promotions of Studio Stockhome through the Awin platform.
Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
To enroll, you must submit a complete Affiliate Program Application through Awin. Applications will be evaluated and approved or declined at Studio Stockhome’s sole discretion. You may reapply at any time if initially rejected.
Prohibited Sites/Verbiage
Affiliates may not promote Studio Stockhome on:
Sites that promote sexually explicit material or violence.
Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability.
Sites that promote illegal activities.
Sites or content making medical claims regarding our products or services.
Spam
Affiliates agree not to engage in spam (unsolicited bulk or single-message email, newsgroup postings, or chatroom promotions). Violation will result in immediate termination, cancellation of pending commissions, and potential legal action.
Promotion of Our Affiliate Relationship
Studio Stockhome will make available links, banners, and other creative through Awin. Affiliates may display these in accordance with this Agreement and Awin’s policies.
Links
Only official links, creatives, and tracking codes provided via Awin may be used.
Affiliates must not alter, modify, or interfere with tracking links in any way.
PPC Bidding Rules
Publishers are prohibited from:
Bidding on Studio Stockhome branded/trademarked terms or derivatives.
Using the brand name in display URLs, ad titles, or ad copy.
Registering or using domains containing Studio Stockhome trademarks.
Affiliates may bid on competitors’ branded terms and may link directly to Studio Stockhome from paid search ads (subject to the restrictions above).
Our Responsibilities
Studio Stockhome will provide creatives, handle order fulfillment, customer service, shipping, returns, and cancellations. Tracking and reporting are managed through Awin.
Affiliate Responsibilities
Display links and creatives clearly and prominently.
Ensure compliance with FTC disclosure requirements.
Use only approved promotional materials provided by Studio Stockhome via Awin.
Ensure all content complies with copyright and other legal requirements.
Contests and Promotions
Affiliates may promote only those offers explicitly provided by Studio Stockhome via Awin. Unauthorized use of promotions from other sources is prohibited.
Policies and Pricing
Customers who purchase through affiliate links are deemed Studio Stockhome customers. All policies, pricing, and service terms apply. Prices may change without notice, and affiliates are responsible for keeping content current.
Customers referred must be end users of Studio Stockhome products. Affiliates acting on behalf of customers must obtain prior approval.
Publicity
Affiliates may not create or distribute materials referencing Studio Stockhome without prior written approval.
Licenses and Trademarks
Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Studio Stockhome trademarks, trade names, and creatives provided through Awin for the sole purpose of promoting Studio Stockhome.
Any unapproved alteration or unauthorized use is prohibited. Studio Stockhome reserves all rights and may revoke licenses at any time.
Restrictions on Google Shopping / PLAs
Promotion through Google Shopping or Product Listing Ads is prohibited unless expressly approved in writing.
Termination
Studio Stockhome and/or Awin may suspend or terminate participation in the Program at any time for violations of this Agreement or Awin’s Publisher Terms and Conditions.
