Bliss Lau Affiliate Program AgreementThis Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Bliss Lau ("Company") and the affiliate ("Affiliate") participating in the Company’s Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:1. Acceptance of TermsBy participating in the Program, the Affiliate agrees to comply with all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and any additional guidelines provided by the Company.2. Affiliate ResponsibilitiesThe Affiliate agrees to:Promote Bliss Lau products and the Program in a manner that reflects the Company's brand values and standards.Ensure that all promotional materials and communications are accurate and not misleading.3. Prohibited PracticesThe Affiliate agrees not to:Use the Bliss Lau brand name, trademarks, or any variations thereof in any domain names, social media handles, or other promotional material without prior written consent from the Company.Bid on or use the Bliss Lau brand name or any related keywords in search engine marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) or any other paid advertising channels.Use negative or misleading keywords related to the Bliss Lau brand or products.Engage in any form of fraudulent activity or unethical marketing practices.Promote Bliss Lau products through unsolicited email marketing or other spam-like practices.4. Intellectual PropertyThe Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its brand name and trademarks solely for the purpose of promoting Bliss Lau products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Affiliate acknowledges that all intellectual property rights remain with the Company.5. CompensationThe Affiliate will receive a commission of 5% on all sales generated through their unique referral links. Commissions will be calculated based on the sale amount and paid in accordance with the Company’s payment schedule.6. TerminationThe Company reserves the right to terminate the Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws.7. Limitation of LiabilityThe Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Agreement or the Program.8. AmendmentsThe Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The Affiliate will be notified of any changes and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.9.
