Affiliate Eligibility
Affiliates must have a website or platform that aligns with our brand values and target audience. We review and approve all applications and reserve the right to terminate any affiliate that does not meet our standards.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on all qualifying sales made through referral links. The commission is calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and any returns or refunds.
Attribution Period (Cookie Length)
We track affiliate referrals using a 30-day cookie window. If a customer makes a purchase within this period, the affiliate will be credited for the sale, provided the customer has not cleared their cookies or used another referral link.
PPC Advertising
Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Formal Dress Shops Inc. brand keywords or misrepresenting themselves through PPC ads. Violations may lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.
Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must accurately represent our products and refrain from making false claims. Any use of spam, misleading advertising, or unethical methods will result in account termination.
Branding & Assets
Affiliates may use our logo, banners, and approved marketing materials to promote FormalDressShops.com. Unauthorized modifications or misuse of our assets may result in termination. Contact info@formaldressshops.com for access to promotional materials.
De-Duplication
If multiple affiliates claim credit for a sale, we use a last-click attribution model, and the affiliate who made the final referral will receive the commission.
Notice Periods
Formal Dress Shops Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes at least 30 days in advance.
Termination
Both the affiliate and FormalDressShops.com reserve the right to terminate the partnership at any time. Upon termination, any outstanding commissions will be paid within 30 days, provided they meet the payment threshold.
