No Unsolicited Email Marketing: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using unsolicited email marketing (spam) to promote JOC Goods and must comply with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar regulations in their jurisdiction.
Self-Referrals: Affiliates are not allowed to earn commissions on their own purchases made through their affiliate links.
Prohibition on Direct Linking: Affiliates are not permitted to link directly to JOC Goods’ website in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertisements on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or similar services.
No Misleading Promotions: Affiliates must not make false claims, misleading offers, or misrepresent JOC Goods' products in any way.
Content Usage Restrictions: Affiliates are restricted from using unauthorized images, videos, product descriptions, or other proprietary or intellectual property content of JOC Goods without prior approval.
Fraudulent Activities: Any attempt to engage in fraudulent practices, such as generating fake leads, using bots, or manipulating commissions through deceptive behavior, is strictly prohibited.
Cookie Stuffing: Affiliates are not allowed to artificially place tracking cookies with the intent of gaining commissions unfairly.
Legal Compliance: Affiliates must adhere to all applicable international and local laws and regulations, including privacy laws, GDPR, CCPA, and FTC guidelines.
Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in any promotional content, as per FTC guidelines and other relevant laws.
No Coupon Sites or Aggregators: Affiliates must not be a coupon site and are not permitted to work with coupon sites, coupon aggregators, or use unauthorized discount codes in promoting JOC Goods.
Termination Rights: JOC Goods reserves the right to terminate an affiliate relationship at any time due to violations of the agreement or inactivity.
Commission Forfeiture: In the event of a violation or termination of the affiliate agreement, affiliates may forfeit any unpaid commissions earned up to that point. JOC Goods reserves the right to determine violations at its sole discretion.
