Happy Lolli Affiliate Program Agreement
By participating in the Happy Lolli Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to the following terms in addition to the ShareASale Terms of Use:
1. Prohibited Activities:
• Affiliates may not engage in any form of spamming (email, social media, etc.) to promote Happy Lolli products.
• Unauthorized paid advertising using Happy Lolli brand keywords or any variation of the brand name (e.g., bidding on Happy Lolli keywords on Google Ads, etc.) is not allowed.
• Cookie stuffing or any method of fraudulent tracking is strictly prohibited.
• Affiliates may not create websites, domains, or social media handles that could be confused with official Happy Lolli branding.
• Coupon Use and Misleading Strategies: Happy Lolli is a premium brand that values its reputation for providing high-quality, empowering products. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from promoting our products through coupon websites, unauthorized discounts, or misleading tactics such as fake sales, inflated claims of savings, or deceptive promotional practices. All promotions must align with the premium image and values of the Happy Lolli brand.
2. Trademark and Copyright Restrictions:
• Affiliates must not use any Happy Lolli trademarks or logos without prior written approval.
• Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials provided by Happy Lolli.
3. Restricted Content:
• Affiliates may not promote Happy Lolli products on websites or social media platforms that contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
• Affiliates may not promote products on sites involved in illegal activities or those that violate the ShareASale Terms of Use.
4. Commission Guidelines:
• Commissions are only paid for valid, qualifying sales, which are tracked through the ShareASale platform. Returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent orders will not result in commission payments.
• Happy Lolli reserves the right to adjust or reverse commissions in case of fraudulent activity or violation of program terms.
5. Termination:
• Happy Lolli reserves the right to terminate any affiliate from the program at any time if these terms are violated or if the affiliate’s activity does not align with the brand’s premium values and goals.
