1. Introduction
This Agreement governs your participation in the KuKirin Scooter Publisher Program. By registering, you ("Publisher") agree to comply with these Terms. KuKirin ("we," "us") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Definitions
"Publisher": You, the approved participant.
"Customer": A new user who purchases via your unique Publisher link.
"Qualifying Sale": A sale meeting all criteria in Section 4.
"Commission": 3% of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, and returns).
3. Enrollment
We may reject applications at our discretion.
Publishers must:
Provide accurate business and payment details.
Not use deceptive practices (e.g., fake reviews, trademark misuse).
4. Commissions
Rate: 3% on net revenue from each Qualifying Sale.
Qualifying Sale Criteria:
Customer clicks your unique Publisher link and completes purchase within 30 days.
Sale is not refunded, canceled, or fraudulent.
Sale is not self-referred (e.g., your own account).
Exclusions:
Discounted products, wholesale orders, or purchases using coupon codes not pre-approved by KuKirin.
5. Payment
Schedule: Commissions paid monthly via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/etc.] within 30 days of month-end.
6. Program Rules
Publishers MUST NOT:
Use spam, fake reviews, or forced redirects.
Bid on KuKirin-branded keywords (e.g., "KuKirin E-scooter") in paid search advertising (e.g., Google Ads).
Engage in cookie stuffing, false claims, or trademark infringement.
Promote on illegal/offensive sites or violate laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with 7 days’ written notice.
KuKirin may terminate immediately for breach.
