Participation
To participate in the FumeClear Affiliate Referral Program, applicants must complete and submit the affiliate registration form via https://www.fumeclear.com.
Once approved, affiliates may participate in the Program subject to ongoing review by FumeClear. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate participation at any time, with or without notice, if a publisher is deemed unsuitable for the Program.
Unsuitable publishers include, but are not limited to, websites or platforms that:
• Promote illegal activities, sexually explicit material, violence, or discrimination of any kind
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Conflict with the brand values, positioning, or best interests of FumeClear
• Operate as deal aggregation, savings, “hot deals”, or newsletter aggregation platforms
• Redistribute offers, newsletters, or promotions collected from multiple advertisers
• Function as sub-networks, ad networks, traffic brokers, or undisclosed third-party traffic sources
This agreement applies only to websites, social channels, or media properties that are fully owned and managed by the affiliate and explicitly listed in the affiliate registration details.
Affiliate links may not be placed on any website, platform, or channel that has not been approved and registered within the FumeClear Affiliate Program.
