Affiliates are permitted to use the FumeClear® brand name and logo only for the purpose of promoting FumeClear products in an accurate and non-misleading manner.
Affiliates must not:
• Modify, distort, or alter the FumeClear® logo or brand assets
• Use the FumeClear® brand name in domain names, subdomains, social media handles, or page titles
• Create websites or content that imitate or may be confused with the official FumeClear website
• Use outdated, incorrect, or misleading product information or pricing
• Represent themselves as the official FumeClear brand or an authorized distributor unless explicitly approved in writing
All promotional content must clearly indicate that the affiliate relationship exists.
FumeClear reserves the right to request changes or remove approval for any promotional material that does not comply with these branding guidelines.
Use of phrases such as “official”, “authorized”, or “certified” in affiliate promotions is strictly prohibited without prior written approval.
