Alberto Nardoni Affiliate Program Terms
Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn a 7% commission on all successful sales referred through their affiliate link. No commission will be paid for returned or canceled orders.
Cookie Duration: The cookie duration is set to 30 days. If a customer makes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link, the sale will be attributed to you.
Prohibited Traffic: Affiliates are prohibited from using the following types of traffic:
- Incentivized clicks or impressions.
- Spam or unsolicited emails.
- Misleading or deceptive advertising.
PPC Guidelines: Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords such as 'Alberto Nardoni' or any variations thereof. Any violation of this will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account.
Promotional Materials: Affiliates are provided with banners, text links, and other promotional materials to use in their marketing efforts. Affiliates may not alter the materials without prior consent.
Termination: Alberto Nardoni reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason deemed necessary to protect the brand.
Branding Guidelines: Affiliates must maintain the integrity of the Alberto Nardoni brand and use official logos, images, and content as provided. Misrepresentation of the brand is strictly prohibited.
De-Duplication: Sales will be tracked and attributed on a last-click basis. In case of any discrepancies, Alberto Nardoni will make the final decision on the allocation of commissions.
Notice Periods: Any changes to the commission structure or terms will be communicated to affiliates at least 30 days in advance.
