We invite all interested website owners, creators, and influencers to apply to our affiliate program. However, participation is subject to our approval.

• Genuinely love our products!
• Have a high quality website, or have consistent engagement on a social platform.
• Align with the Mason Jar Lifestyle brand.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• No Trademark Bidding: Affiliates are not allowed to bid on trademarked terms related to Mason Jar Lifestyle.
• No PPC Bidding: Pay-per-click (PPC) bidding is prohibited.
• Direct Linking: Direct linking is allowed.
• Downloadable Software Partners: We welcome partners using downloadable software, provided it aligns with our brand values.
• Incentivized Partners: Incentivized partners are allowed.
• Email Marketing: Email marketing is permitted as long as it complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. Affiliates must contact us before launching any email campaigns for access to suppression lists. Failure to do so will be considered a violation of our terms.

Cookie Duration:

The tracking cookie lasts for 30 days, meaning affiliates will receive credit for purchases made by referred customers within 30 days of the initial referral.

Commission Structure:

• Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on Mason Jar Lifestyle brand products.
• A 10% commission will be applied to products from other brands.

Content and Compliance Standards:

Affiliates must ensure that their content and promotions comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for endorsements and testimonials.

Prohibited Content:

Affiliates may not promote Mason Jar Lifestyle products on sites that contain adult content, promote violence or hate speech, or engage in illegal activities. Violation of this will result in immediate termination.

Discounts, Coupons, and Promotions:

Affiliates may only use coupons, discounts, or promotional codes officially provided through the Mason Jar Lifestyle affiliate program. Unauthorized or expired codes will result in violations.

Termination Clause:

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with or without cause by providing written notice. Upon termination, the affiliate must remove all Mason Jar Lifestyle links and promotions within 7 days.

Intellectual Property:

Affiliates may use Mason Jar Lifestyle’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials only as provided through the program. Any misuse or alteration of these materials will result in termination.

Fraud Prevention:

Any fraudulent activity, including fake leads or self-referrals, will lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions. Only legitimate traffic and referrals are accepted.

PPC Bidding Rules:

Keywords/Terms that affiliates are NOT allowed to bid on:

• Mason Jar Lifestyle
• Product names
• Similar or alternative brand names

Description: Competing with our existing PPC ads is not allowed. Affiliates found violating this rule will receive a warning and, if the violation continues, will be removed from the program.
